Chapter 7. Tuesday.

It had been two days since Sam woke and she was sitting up in bed, Chloe walked out of the bathroom and all she had on was a bra and panties, Sam grasped and Chloe looked at her and smiled and said. “Good morning Sammy, how are you feeling?”

“A lot better, I will try and get up and have a shower by myself.”

Chloe was putting on a pair of red shorts and a black Zoir singlet and when she had done so she walked over to Sam and said. “Do you want me to help you?”

“I should be fine, thank you.” As she lifted the covers off herself.

“All your cloths and underwear is in these drawers, it’s all here, let me see you stand up.”

Sam sat up, swung her feet over the edge of the bed, it felt good to feel the carpet under her feet, she was still a little unsure as she stood up, she was so happy to be out of the bed.

“I should be fine, let me get some underwear and cloths and take them into the bathroom.”

“Your towel is the yellow one, mine is the pink one, everything you need is in there, I will see you downstairs after you finish.”

Sam picked out the pieces of clothing she wanted to wear and went into the bathroom.

It was wonderful to step into the shower and feel the hot water running over her body, she smiled to herself and thought, I finally feel like I am going to live.

She slipped on some purple shorts and pink Zoir singlet and looked at herself in the mirror, she realised as she rubbed her hands down her body she could feel her ribs, she said to herself, maybe I am as slim as Chloe now, she thought I have not been out of this bedroom since I woke up, I wonder what her house is like?

She walked out of the bedroom into a hallway, there were four more doors here and the walls were painted in a beautiful, soft pink.

She walked out the main door and she was surprised to see a very large house before her, the room was painted in the same soft pink with the high white ceilings.

There was a beautiful wooden railing on the staircase going down to the lower floor, Sam took hold of it and slid her hand along it to steady herself until she reached the bottom, where Chloe was waiting for her.

Sam looked around and said. “Your home is very beautiful.”

“Thank you, lets go and eat, after eating I will give you the guided tour, then we need to talk.”

They walked into a beautiful dinning room, there was a round table with eight chairs and the walls were painted in the same soft pink, large windows on two sides and Sam could see snow falling, all the trees were white and moving back and forth.

Sam looked at the table and saw a platter of fresh fruit was in the middle and two bottles of sparkling water, the girls sat down and Sam enjoyed the taste of all the different fruit.

As they left the table Chloe said. “Lets walk and I will show you the house, this is the dinning room we use every day, you saw that there are five bedrooms upstairs, under the bedrooms is our formal dinning room and Jenny’s office.”

Sam saw the very large table and many chairs, the table had a beautiful arrangement of flowers placed in the middle, the air was full of their sweet fragrance, as they walked away from the formal dinning room Sam saw four large dark red leather lounges placed in square formation with a large wooden coffee table in the center.

“This area in front of the windows is my lounge area.”

Sam looked around and was amazed at how big it all was, on the walls were her two paintings, the windows went from the floor to the ceiling and as she looked outside she saw snow falling.

They walked over to a door with small glass window running down the side of the door and Chloe said. “Lets go through this door into the kitchen.”

It was a very large kitchen where four girls were working, they all smiled at Sam and Sam said. “This is larger than my whole house”

Chloe smiled, it was a beautiful kitchen, all the bench tops were in pink marble and this included the island bench.

Chloe pointed at the doors in the back wall of the kitchen and said. “Through those doors are the maids bedrooms and bathrooms and my nanny’s bedroom.”

Chloe continued. “Now, come this way past the front door over to these stairs and we will go downstairs into the garage, I am sure you recognise the van, so lets go through this door into my gym and dance studio.”

Sam looked at all the floor to ceiling mirrors around the room, it had a polished wooden floor and the area must have covered half the house, there was a small gym over to one side at the back.

“I will explain everything soon, now we go through this door into our office where our four girls are working, Jenny your here?”

Jenny looked up. “Yes Ma'am, the girls had some questions.”

“Oh ok, what time are the girls coming?”

“Around four Ma'am.”

“Ok, lets go out as I have something to show you.” She opened another door to an empty room around the size of Sam’s studio with two large windows.

Chloe said. “What do you think, would it make a good studio for you?”

“Chloe, I have a studio.”

“Yes, you did Sammy, honestly you cannot go back there until the summertime, you will get sick again there, you know it’s still snowing outside.”

Sam looked out the window and she could see the snow falling, yet she was in shorts and a singlet, she looked at Chloe and said. “I forgot it was still winter, it’s so lovely and warm in here.”

Chloe said. “You must stay here with me, you can't go back to that freezing house.”

“I don’t want to be a burden to you, you have enough people here already, you don’t need another one.”

“True Sammy, none of them are you, I want you to stay here with me, come we need to go upstairs and have a chat before the girls arrive.”

Chloe took Sam’s hand and they went back upstairs and sat down on one of the lounges.

Chloe looked at Sam and said. “I have told you nothing about my life, other than I am involved in the K-POP industry, as I wanted you to like me for me and not for who I am, do you like me for me?”

“Yes, I like you, we have had a lot of fun together, who are you?”
“My name is Chloe Lee, I am part of the K-POP group called Ever Love, the group you saw in Australia, I didn’t want to tell you at first, as I have been hurt by so many people who want to know me and then just want to use me.”

“Really, I am stunned, I have never wanted to use you, I just loved being with you and I was grateful you bought my paintings, they look wonderful on your walls.”

“Sammy, you will stay with me won’t you?”

“If it wasn’t for you I would have died, so I will always be in your debt, I will stay.”

“Thank you Sammy, can I give you a hug?”

“Yes.”

Chloe sat beside Sam and put her arms around her and kissed her on her cheek, Sam felt the warmth of Chloe’s skin pressing against hers.

Jenny walked into the room and looked at Chloe and smiled as Chloe released Sam and said. “Jenny come over here and sit down please, I have told Sammy who I am and she still wants to stay, Jenny works for me and lives here with me, she has been with me for five and a half years, she has her own bedroom upstairs, she has been very loyal, she is my friend and confidant, over all the years we have been through some difficult times together and survived, when I do tours she is always with me, I will take you now as well, if you want to come with us?”

Sam looked at them both and said. “I need to process all that has happened, I do know that I am happy being with you and I like Jenny, she has been nice to me, I did not know you as a K-POP star, I just saw a beautiful woman named Chloe, who was very friendly and caring towards me.”

The door bell rang and Jenny stood up and went and opened the door.

There was a lot of noise at the front door and four girls walked in and perfume filled the air, they stopped when they saw Sam sitting so close to Chloe.

Chloe greeted the girls in Korean and then Chloe said in English. “Girls, this is my friend Sammy, Sammy this is Ash, Jules, Amber and Krystal.”

They all said hello to Sam and Sam greeted them all.

Amber looked at Sam and said. “You are very beautiful, where are you from?”
“Sydney, Australia.”

Chloe jumped in and said. “She is an amazing artist and those are two of her paintings I bought from her, aren’t they wonderful?”

Sam was a little embarrassed as the girls stood up and went and looked at them, they all said how amazing they were and Ash said, “How much are your paintings?”

Before Sam could answer Chloe said. “They are two thousand dollars each, that price will rise in the future as she becomes very popular.”

Sam felt the warmth come into her cheeks, she did not know what to say.

Amber said. “I would like to see more of your work, your prices are very low, maybe you need Ever Love to give you a push, what do you think girls?”

They all agreed and said they will get Sam some publicity.

The girls stayed for dinner, all the talk was about putting together a new show for their world tour next year, they would start working on it after New Year, as the four girls were leaving to visit their families for Christmas.

It was a nice evening and after they left Sam and Chloe were sitting on the lounge talking and Sam said. “How long will the tour be next year?”

“It will be in two legs like this year about eight weeks each, Europe and north America and then we will have a four week break as I have to be in Paris for the Zoir collection and then New York for BZT collection, as I am a world ambassador for both.”

Sam’s face lit up and she said. “Wow, that’s amazing.”

“Then we come back to Korea for a few weeks then its Australia and Asia, a much bigger tour than this year, Sammy you can come with me if you want to, you would have a lot of fun, please think about it.”

“I would have to pay my own way.”

“Sammy, we charter a Boeing 777 off Asian World Airlines to take all the luggage, our stages and all our dancers and band, engineers, helpers and security, one more will not make any difference at all, you would be up the front with me in first class.”

“It does sound like fun.” Sam replied.

Chloe stretched and Sam felt the warmth of her skin on her arm and Chloe said. “It’s getting late, lets go to bed, I am sorry I forget about nightwear for you, Jenny will get some tomorrow.”

“I can go out and get it.”

Chloe pointed to the windows and said. “Sammy, it’s minus six out there, you will get sick again, get strong and then we will go shopping together.”

Sam was still a little awkward getting under the sheets with Chloe, she never did anything but sleep and it was lovely and warm under the covers.
