What do you tell yourself about you?
Do you find reasons to praise yourself and think future, or do you keep going over old hurts that don’t encourage you and think past?
If we keep going over old hurts from the past we will bring them into our coming future.
It is not easy to stop from doing this, but with a little effort and discipline we can train our mind to think in the now and future.
We can do this through positive self talk and reaffirming what we want in the future and not indulge in past think.
Positive self talk in now time about the future we desire because the future is not set, so think now what you want and make it your coming reality.
