Are they looking for you?

 Are the buyers and collectors looking for you?

How will they find you?

What are you doing to make it easy to be found?

Wishing and hoping won’t do it?

If you are doing what everyone else is doing, then you will get the same results they are getting, which is probably not much.

At some point you will have to do the hard stuff, the scary stuff, the stuff you don’t want to do, like sell to strangers, make that video, contact that past collector.

Tomorrow will be to late, you should have done it ages ago, today is a good time to start.

The next thing after you do the scary, hard stuff, is post it.

Not just today, but tomorrow and every day after to grow your Art career.

Why should I do this?

So they can find you.

Why don't people want to pay what my art is worth?

                                               Why don't people want to pay what my art is worth? I keep reading on an artists group pages again and again the same old question, “ I cannot sell my art for what it is really worth?” This is always a question raging in the art world, sort of the never ending question. Every artist has an opinion about this and it sometimes sounds like whining and of coarse they do not want to hear any opinions that differ from the fact, that their art is worth far more than they can sell it for. Your weakest skill, sets the height of your success. If you don't know your best skill, you had better find out your weakest skill, because its the weakest skill that holds you back. As Artists we so often coast along depending on our strongest skills to get us through, never realising that it is the weakest skills that hurt us the most. Now I have learned what not to do, because as an Artist I never did this but after years in Galleries I wish I had, it was a weak skill that determined the height of my success.
