The day of small beginnings.

Do not despise the day of small beginnings. That is such an interesting thought as it certainly relates to the Artist life before you make it into the big time.
The small beginnings of showing.
The small beginnings of being in a group.
The small beginnings of saving money.
The small beginnings of marketing and sales, learning all you can about selling and putting it into practice and then having to refine it as you are going along until selling your paintings becomes an easy task and fun to do.
Everyone of us no matter at what age, when we start something new it starts small and grows like a seed into a tree. It takes time and patience but it will grow if you give it your best and patiently apply all you know and all you are learning about the challenge before you.
No one starts at the top so rejoice at wherever point you are at in your Artistic journey.
Remember the giant Oak tree, starts as a seed and when it is only two feet high it rejoices that it is an Oak tree and that it is at its correct place in its growth, it is only small, yet it knows it is an Oak tree.
Learn that lesson of growth, where you are now is the right place for you to be right now and keep growing, that is the key, stop growing as an Artist and a person and you will wilt and become stilted and will stop growing into what you are destined to be.
The Oak tree rejoices at each stage of its growth as it becomes a big tree because at every stage of its growth it is a perfect oak tree.
Do not despise the days of small beginnings, they are very important and good days, as we all have to start somewhere, so rejoice in that day and see it as a new beginning at whatever time you start in your life and keep growing.
Like the Oak tree you are an Artist no matter at what point you are at in your Artistic journey.
