A great confidence builder when you are faced with a disappointment or crisis is to go and read your goals out loud, five or more times and repeat your affirmations.
You can do this to steady yourself and get your mind back on what you want to achieve rather than focus on the disappointment.
This takes discipline to do, rather than react to the situation and be defeated and become bitter.
You are the most important asset that you have, work on you to make you better.

Stay around positive successful people.
Know your goals and have them written out.
Read your affirmations out loud to yourself.
Achieve your to do list every day.
Don't leave it to chance, you are worth more than that, determine to build your confidence and self worth.
