Use it to motivate yourself.
Sometimes
we want to feel sorry for ourselves, complain about how unfair it all
is and that we are just a failure, do
not go
to that
place where you
think
that there is
no answers.
Do
not listen to the voice of fear going on in your head telling you
what a failure you are and how you can do nothing right.
Do
not get so down on yourself life is still going on, the problem is
not the whole world just what is going inside your head.
Do
not let circumstances and your own critical inner voice defeat you,
use that voice to your advantage.
When
the inner voice say’s don't do that you will fail, decide to do it
and see if you would really fail?
When
the inner voice said don’t paint that painting, people will laugh
at you, paint it and see if people laugh?
That
inner voice is afraid and will do anything to stop you from taking a
risk and doing new challenging things, it wants quiet, average,
normal.
Use
that negative inner voice as a guide and say,” I will do it.”
You
cannot remove the fear but you can use it to motivate yourself.
Next
time that negative voice tells you don't do it, they will dislike
you, do it, see if they dislike you?
You
are the key to your success, you are your own champion.
