Many are afraid to do this, because it will create tension.

 Write a weekly blog and put your thoughts out there for others to read, this gives you a mouth piece and people will read them and you will get a following.

Story tell your Art, most won’t because of fear and they believe their Art speaks for it’s self, but if you are the one to story tell your Art, you will create tension with the majority who don’t story tell their Art.

You must get all the unfair advantage you can, so do more than others do and don’t worry about getting overexposed, it’s not possible, you will get attention and you will get noticed.

Create tension.

Why don't people want to pay what my art is worth?

                                               Why don't people want to pay what my art is worth? I keep reading on an artists group pages again and again the same old question, “ I cannot sell my art for what it is really worth?” This is always a question raging in the art world, sort of the never ending question. Every artist has an opinion about this and it sometimes sounds like whining and of coarse they do not want to hear any opinions that differ from the fact, that their art is worth far more than they can sell it for. Your weakest skill, sets the height of your success. If you don't know your best skill, you had better find out your weakest skill, because its the weakest skill that holds you back. As Artists we so often coast along depending on our strongest skills to get us through, never realising that it is the weakest skills that hurt us the most. Now I have learned what not to do, because as an Artist I never did this but after years in Galleries I wish I had, it was a weak skill that determined the height of my success.
