Motivation is just like inspiration, most want it before they start 

working, yet it doesn’t seem to operate that way.

If you want to be successful at Art then it will take more than a few years, so there is a good chance you are often not going to feel motivated or inspired.

The key is discipline and consistency, you get up every day and go to work on your Art, no excuses, you are just doing, pick up that brush and begin to work.

It always amazes me that once we start working inspiration arrives and I feel motivated, both are nice but the not necessary, the

necessary requirements are discipline and consistency, these will serve you far better than waiting to be motivated or inspired before you start work.
